I've been a resident for almost 6 years and service has been extraordinary in maintenance, office help answering questions

or concerns. Quiet for the most part with the exception of youngsters sometimes which doesn't bother me when they are simply having fun and behaving! Lots of storage space with w/d connections, alarm system and fireplace were the selling points for me! Rates are reasonably comparable with the surrounding area. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable.

Very Happy to live here
I moved here in May 1st. It is very quiet and peaceful. Even when it's not so quiet because of our kiddos, it is still peaceful. ... I only left one star off the value because i have a 1994 stove hahahaha and I'm a bit spoiled. I think the person who lived here before myself lived here for a long time, but hey, it works like a charm! We are close to everything and it's a blessing to not have to worry about so much foolery. I just got my keys today!! Leydi Rivera and the rsst of the women in the office has been very helpful and warm towards me. ... I am a little needy and Leydi never seemed upset or gave me any kind of attitude when I reached out to her about a billion times.?? I like my new place and can't wait to move completely in. Resident review
I've been here for about 6 months and waited until this time to write a review simply because I wanted to see what my experience ... here would be like. I absolutely love it! This is my first apartment and I have no problems. Very quiet place other than the sirens (emergency). My neighbors are friendly and speak when spoken to. I rarely go to the office unless I am picking up a package and the staff that I have conversated with seem to be friendly and professtional people. I pay my rent every month online and have no issues what so ever. I have 0 pest problems so I don't have to submit any request for that, but it is nice to know that they will have it taken care of if I do. The ONLY issue I have is certain residents do not pick up after their pets. My daughter has stepped in mess a couple of times from playing outside with her friends. I have contacted someone about it but it still has not been taken care of. Hopefully it will be soon. A PLACE TO CALL HOME
A person should live life to its fullest. I found a place where I could have peace and quiet, safety and community, and ... a home. The Summit Apartments has been the place where I have thrived for the past 4 years. Perfect View
I love my apartment. I've been here a year and I haven't had any problems. I don't have any complaints other than parking. ... I really think every apartment should have one parking place. There are residents that have more than one car and take all the good spots. I also see residents parking in the handicap parking without stickers to park there. The Staff Make The Place
My wife and I lived at the Summit Apartments for a year and a half before we were able to buy a home, and we were extremely ... satisfied. The parking was always accessibly open, the neighbors became friends of ours, we fet safe, but most of all, the staff was so wonderful to work with and get to know. My wife ordered a lot online, and I feel as though every other day I had to go over to the office to pick up the packages, but every single time I was greeted with a sweet smile and a loving and caring personality. Ari was so very kind and lovely to, not only myself and my wife, but to every person who stepped in the doors. She even went so far as to pick up a package that was left on our doorstep when we were out of town. Bri was probably one of my favorite people ever! She was sweet, very helpful and patient with all of our dumb questions, and I loved getting to know more about her and her family throughout the time there. Summit Apartments would not be what they are without Bri. I solely believe that we would have had a much more difficult and scary time in our first apartment renting without Bri and Ari. They were a wonderful help to us. Sure, some parking spots are a little small, and sometimes the gate gets stuck... but the people, the staff, and all of the love and professionality they bring to the table make up for every small thing such as these.
